Don't let the name fool you. Karen takes her coaching very seriously. The SASSY coaching acronym blossomed out from the way she serves her clients: Soulfully And Safely Serving You…with a twist of Karen’s sassy on it!
Karen’s specialty coaching niche is survivors of sexual abuse and/or their family members or loved ones who want to better support and understand them. Although the nature of this subject is serious and painful; Karen’s focus is in serving her clients in a positive, safe and uplifting environment. Karen has the ability to bring a sense of levity to her work with clients in this arena.
Throughout her life, Karen has always had a natural ability to coach and teach. Karen’s own background as a survivor, her ongoing passion for continued inner growth, and her extensive work with young people at risk, led her to choose coaching as a profession.
